Career Day Expectations
What I thought was a typical day there was prepping and making food and making Poke Bowls all day and I thought that it would be easy and learn everything easily . Also when I was on my way over there all that was going thought my head was, " what am I gonna be doing over there for 5 hours", "this is gonna be scary", "I hope that I don't embarrass myself", or "what if they won't like me." So i just told myself that It will be okay and just do your best and be on your best behavior and just have fun because that is what career day is suppose to be, something that you enjoy doing because you don't want to do something and not get an idea of what you wanted to do when you are older.

Reflection
So overall, my career day was fun. I was a little shy at first but after I got the hang of it I was okay. but the first thing that I did was I was learning what foods they use and taught me to cut vegetables and also to make rice but that is what I do a lot but then I was just observing what he was doing and that's a good way of learning and then I was just helping in anyway I can. Next I was shown how to make Poke Bowls and at first I thought that it would be easy since I have been there a few times and I would think to myself that it seems easy but me actually doing it was a little hard and you had to remember what was what and the whole process of making it and I got so confused but he was there to guide me on everything and after I made a few bowls in started to get the hang of it. Also the environment there was so chill and not so chaotic .Also the other workers there was so nice and supportive of me doing my career day and also they we nice enough to help me to. So my 1st career day was a great and fun experience.
